Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Central Time (CST), excluding major U.S. holidays.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been authorized and verified.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is calculated and collected where required by applicable law. The amount of tax charged is determined by the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax regulations.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with other payment methods offered securely through Shopify Checkout.

 

STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased at the Yaga retail store must be returned or exchanged in person at the retail location. Online purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
